Unless otherwise stated, Fixnova (or its licensors) owns the intellectual property rights in the Site and all content published on it, including text, graphics, logos, project photographs, and the underlying design. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. No part of the Site may be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used to create derivative works without Fixnova's prior written consent.
In these Terms, “Client” means anyone who submits an enquiry or form, requests a quote, or otherwise uses the Site for Fixnova's services.
Submitting an enquiry, quote request, or message via WhatsApp or phone does not book a job or create a contract. A job is only confirmed once Fixnova issues a Quotation and the Client accepts it, at which point the agreed Scope of Work applies. The Scope of Work is a separate document describing the confirmed job, shared directly with the Client once a job is confirmed — it is not published on the Site. General content published on the Site (service descriptions, project galleries) is informational only and is not a quotation or a guarantee of price, timeline, or availability.
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (including social media and messaging apps such as WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law. Liability for actual works carried out is governed separately by the agreed Scope of Work and Quotation for that job, not by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless the agreed Scope of Work with the Client states otherwise.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
This Privacy Policy explains how Al Azhar Al Hamra Technical Services L.L.C. (trading as Fixnova) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data collected through the Site and related digital channels, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) (“PDPL”).

We process personal data to respond to enquiries and provide quotations; schedule and carry out confirmed jobs; issue invoices and process payments; send service updates where you have opted in; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including VAT record-keeping. Our legal bases under the PDPL include your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate business interests.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf — currently our website hosting provider, the form provider that delivers quote request submissions to us (Web3Forms), our accounting/invoicing software (Zoho Books), WhatsApp Business, and, where you accept our cookie banner, Google Analytics — each bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
Some of the service providers listed above, including Zoho, WhatsApp (Meta), and Google Analytics (Google), may process personal data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. By using the Site and submitting your information to us, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside the UAE by these providers as described in this Policy.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by UAE law (including VAT and commercial record-keeping requirements, generally 5 years from the relevant tax period), after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Subject to PDPL requirements, you may have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of the personal data we hold about you; object to processing, including for direct marketing; withdraw consent at any time; and request data portability where feasible. The Site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Service descriptions, project photos, and pricing indications published on this Site are informational only and do not constitute a binding quotation, guarantee of price, timeline, or availability. A job is only confirmed once Fixnova issues a Quotation and it is accepted, at which point the agreed Scope of Work applies.
Photos and videos of completed work may be used for quality control and marketing (website galleries, social media, and print materials) without identifying the property or client. Where a client requests otherwise in writing, Fixnova will not use media from that job.
